The LA office is off the 5 freeway. From the 5 freeway heading south, exit on Washington Blvd and there turn left to Telegraph Road, and then turn left again, traveling parallel to the 5. Go less than a mile to Citadel Drive.
From the 5 freeway heading north, exit on Washington Blvd and turn left on Telegraph Road and proceed to Citadel Drive and turn right to 500 Citadel Drive. There is free parking. We are on the second floor.
The Seal Beach location is near the 405 and the 605 freeways. From the 405 heading north, exit on Seal Beach Blvd and stay on the middle lane as you will not be turning. After you cross Seal Beach Blvd, the Bixby office plaza is the first building on the left. From the 405 heading south, exit on Seal Beach Blvd and stay on the right side. Turn right on Seal Beach Blvd and go over the freeway, staying on the left side. At the light, turn left on Old Ranch Parkway and you will see the Bixby office plaza, the first building on the left. That will be 3020 Old Ranch Parkway. There is free parking. The Office is on the third floor.
